Cancellation, change, and refund rules for a booked ticket are set by the airline (and, where applicable, the fare rules of the specific ticket you purchase), not by TicketFare. Your agent will explain the applicable fare rules, including change fees and refundability, before you confirm a booking.

Before you book

Ask your agent about cancellation and change policies for your specific fare before you confirm. Basic economy and other restricted fares are often non-refundable and non-changeable.

After you book

If you need to cancel or change a booking made through us, call 1-800-555-0199 and an agent will process the request according to the airline's fare rules and any applicable service fees.

Service fees

We may charge a service fee for booking assistance separate from the airline fare and any airline-imposed change or cancellation fees. Your agent will disclose any service fee before you confirm a booking.
